Meet baby Nicoletta. She is 5 months old, and severely malnourished. She was part of a set of twins born over a month premature and weighing 1.7 pounds. The social worker in their village referred both children to the clinic, but sadly the other child passed away at home last night due to heart problems. Nicoletta weighs just under 6 pounds including the blanket, sleeper, and diaper.
