Update 2/2/10
More snow overnight; it looks beautiful in the village. Today Mihaela joined us instead of Dan. We headed over to the clinic, and pretty much all ended up in separate rooms with different groups of healthy and quarantined kids. I started by putting Alex in her “big girl” clothes that we had bought (pink khakis, and a navy blue sweater with different colored polka dots). with the three infants and Ion, as they were banished to their room again for some reason, then Rosie joined us with Alina for a while. I went to the non-mobile room to help with the snack feeding mid-morning, and fed Celine, who is a great eater. Pat and I played with Daniela, Cristi, Celine, Petre, and Alina in there for a while. Daniela fell asleep in the jumperoo, Petre in the swing, and Cristi on the floor, so we went off to find awake kids. I went into the mobile room for a little while, then back to the infants. Little Daria Roxana spent a lot of time in my infant carrier today; all the infants love it. We ended up having an infant party at the end of the hallway with all of them while we waited for the bottles.
We went back to the hotel for lunch and a rest, and then most of us headed back over the clinic. We only stayed for about 1..5 hours, as we were going to Barlad for dinner, and the bus was picking us up from the hotel at 5:30. The toddlers were in preschool, so we played with all the others, and at the end I held Andrei for a while. He is in isolation alone as he just returned from the hospital, and has been very sad in there, so we just cuddled. We headed to Barlad for a trip to the bank, dinner, and a trip to the supermarket. Then we went back to Tutova and had a fairly early night.

Alex looks great in her big girl clothes, enjoying her magazine. Glad to hear the infant carrier is a success.
